製品仕様にかかわる一切の工業所有権はＡＢＣ社に帰属するものとする。
Any industrial property rights relating to the Product Specification shall belong to ABC Inc.

乙が受託業務の実施により得た成果は、甲乙双方に帰属するものとする。
Any result obtained through the execution of the Commissioned Business shall belong to each party hereto.
